Sausage Rolls
  • 375g Anchor Lion Pastry mix
  • 500g sausage meat
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  1. Prepare pastry as directed on packet.
  2. Roll into two strips 30cm x 10cm and set aside.
  3. Combine meat, onion and parsley.
  4. Spread mix across pastry strips and fold pastry over meat, pressing to seal edges.
  5. Glaze with milk and cut into suitable sizes.
  6. Place onto an oven tray and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C or 180°C fan forced.
