- 375g Anchor Lion Pastry mix
- 500g sausage meat
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Prepare pastry as directed on packet.
- Roll into two strips 30cm x 10cm and set aside.
- Combine meat, onion and parsley.
- Spread mix across pastry strips and fold pastry over meat, pressing to seal edges.
- Glaze with milk and cut into suitable sizes.
- Place onto an oven tray and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C or 180°C fan forced.
